North Valley Apartment Brokers is focused on doing exactly what its name implies.  I am the owner and broker and have been involved in the sale of multi-family properties in the North Valley for the past 24 years.  I began as a principal in Sacramento in 1975 and turned the avocation into a career by joining Marcus & Millichap in 1979.  I moved to Chico in 1984 and became one of the founding brokers of Ingram Commercial Division and was there until forming NVAB in 1999. 

During this time period, I have been involved in the sale/exchange of more than 70 apartment complexes, totaling more than 4000 units in 5 western states.  I have an understanding of this industry that began more than 50 years ago, working on my family’s rental property.
